Wired Client

This function is only available with certain asset types. Therefore, the relevant tab may not be displayed.

1.

In the main window, select ITSM > Configuration Management > CMDB.

Search for and select the applicable asset record.

3.

When the asset record window displays, click the Components tab.

4.

This tab is available only on CI records using the Switch blueprint, so search for and open a Switch record (for example, a switch imported through Import from Juniper Mist).

5.

Click Wired Client. A list of the clients connected to this switch displays, including the Switch Port, MAC Address, IP Address, and Hostname for each connected client. This information is view only. It can be filtered.

This tab is currently populated only for Switch CIs imported through Import from Juniper Mist (Beta).
